Extra effort to package my item. Great experience and very friendly. It is nice that they want to accommodate the customer.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Fragile handle with care stickers work well. Imagine my surprise that a lot of my stuff was destroyed. Thank you UPS for the care you've shown to my stuff.

This Hass to be the worst service in the world, you talk to a machine, and then, when you do get someone on the phone from a Third World country. It's like talking to the machine has no answers....
