UnderTow is a nautical cocktail bar from the team at Barter & Shake. Opening in August 2016 in Phoenix, Arizona, Undertow offers an immersive tropical cocktail experience. The environment whisks guests away on a worldly journey in the belly of a spice trader’s turn-of-the-century Clipper ship. Through various commissioned artists, UnderTow’s signature decor revolves around each chapter of our story, which follows the adventures of our revered Captain Mallory. Too small. But aside from That it is well themed and a decent substitute for Trader Sam's without the trip to Anaheim. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was as expected.
