I come here often - usually to do Amazon returns, but sometimes to ship as well. No matter why I'm there, the folks are friendly and helpful and efficient. Zero complaints.

Horrible customer service , if your looking for an attitude from someone who's there to "help" I'd chose this location , rather than de-escalate and work with a customer in order to get something...

AVOID THIS STORE! Employees refused to do their job forcing me to use self service kiosk for large bulky items stating that " their manager told them during busy season they cannot help with...

The UPS store at Alma School and Germann in Chandler is excellent. the store is well run with excellent employees. I use the store at least once a week

I've been going to this UPS store for some years. They are always polite and helpful. Very friendly and capable staff. Easy to work with and a place for easy amazon returns. Highly recommended.
