This is a nice Target with an extended grocery section. I'm not sure if it counts as a "Super Target" but definitely about twice the size grocery section as regular Targets.

The AT&T Reps helped me out a lot! I was paying an outrageous amount for my Verizon bill and they cut it in half! I can't Thankyou enough that I found them in Target when I did.
