We Believe: Mother Nature knows best. That food from the earth trumps food from a lab. The simplicity of cooking local ingredients over an open fire will never disappoint. Nourishing food tastes good. Breaking bread should be done with good company and without phones. Music should be played loudly. Tail-to-snout butchery is not cliché, rather it is our sustainable choice. There is nothing much better in life than a good glass of cold brew. Cleaning our everyday essentials with dirty chemicals doesn’t have to be the norm. Supporting local artisans and craftsmen is our only choice, by choice. Simple is good. Local, organic farmers are the backbone of a sustainable future. Join us: Thursday - Sunday for dine-in or to-go. On Sundays, we have live music and $6 cocktails. Our first seatings are at 4:30 pm, last seatings are at 8:30 pm. Reservations are encouraged, and walk-ins are welcome. We can accommodate allergies: gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, etc.
