I completely understand the low rating on this place. They are so unprepared for the dinner rush that it's pathetic. I actually waited 35 minutes to get one item.

The service is slow here during the lunch rush. There's not enough employees, demand far outstrips supply. The franchise owner needs to raise prices and in turn pay more to the employees. Higher...
