Don't ever use orbital we have had it for 6 days already non connection. Don't bother terrible Internet

Phone service sucks. Takes a lot of work to talk to a human being. I want to change my credit card. My old one has been compromized.Been on my phone 4 15 minutes & no help.

Every 6-10 months I have to call Orbital and complain about my slow speed of service (although I pay for the highest speed). It seems weird that when I call and complain, somehow my service...
