For the last month, the french fries were not cooked, but the ends were all black and the hashbrowns were not cooked. They were coded in oil, but the inside were not cooked. Also they keep adding...

The service is terrible, they were unable to give me receipt at the drive thru. This happens frequently and they are always out of stuff like ranch or the milk shake machine isn't working....

Staff does not acknowledge guests at all, which makes people feel unseen and unwelcome, and that really isn't okay.
