I love Macys it's one of my favorite stores. Way better than Dillard. Good location and staff is friendly and not pushy.

I purchased a pair Viotic shoes twisted my ankle and Macys Refused to refund my money.

This must be a tier 2 Macy's meaning the things they can't sell elsewhere must go here. The store is always in disarray and quite frankly full of things I would expect at JCPenny's not Macy's.
