What a $#!+ show Johnny Rockets has become. They no longer take your order while sitting at the counter, they don't bring you your food when sitting at the counter. There is no napkins, straws...

Waited 40 minutes but they messed up our order & we received no food at all. They refunded our purchase but did not offer any food at all. Very disorganized.

Friends, I honestly always try to find the positive in any dining experience, but this time, I just couldn't. Very disorganized, food was excessively greasy (dripping), cold, and just plain bad....
