John Hortareas, DO

Dr. John Hortareas grew up in sunny Phoenix and attended medical school at Western University in Pomona California. He is board certified in internal medicine, and has been a hospitalist for 26 years now. Dr. Hortareas was honored to serve his country by being a flight surgeon in the United States Air Force, and is also proud to be an associate professor at Midwestern University, educating the next generation of medical students. He currently serves as medical director at Glencroft Care Center, and for Hospice of the Valley. He is so proud to finally be achieving his life goal of opening up this clinic to serve the primary care needs of the city he grew up in.
