They gave me a completely different different burger than what I ordered. I essentially paid more for a cheaper sandwich and got something I didn't want at all.

Having to repeat my order literally FOUR TIMES at the drive thru microphone is frustrating beyond belief. It's as if they've never heard of someone saying something like "No sauce on my burger"....
