I just left this place at 8:28 and I attempted to order a blended drink and was told they don't have any blended drinks at the time and found the employee on top of a guys lap in the lobby......

Worst customer service! The employees that have been there the longest are the rudest. They rarely greet you and when they do interact, they make you feel like you're an inconvenience.
