I was in the area and made an appointment for 3pm to change my phone number to a 602 number. I had to wait a few minutes but, the process of changing my number was quick and painless Great Job!!

Visited the store earlier today to upgrade our 3 lines. We were met with such an attitude that prompted us to not only leave the store but AT&T altogether. Verizon is now our provider.
