Might wanna check the bottom of your drinks. Ice is dirty, small black things. Food was decent (Roast beef/cheddar, chicken wrap), but looks like they need to clean the cooler

Well, the food is usually good this last visit to Arby's took a turn when the girl on the other end of the Speakerbox was rude and condescending and rushed me through my order...

New owners are running this Arby's into the ground. Horrible service unless Mary is there. New owners should be embarrassed how unprofessional this place has become. Will eat elsewhere.
