I called ACE to get an estimate to sand/paint front end scratches from contact with a pressure-treated post last year. Mr. Kim said, "Just stop by" instead of scheduling an estimate appointment....

Guy who answered the phone was rude. I told him I'd he paying cash and he said "oh.. bring it in and I'll give you an estimate" then pretty much hung up. Won't bother going somewhere with that...

Brought my vehicle in for him to look at. Out of the kindness of his heart, he taped it and bungee-corded it up so I could drive it away until I can get it fixed. That's pretty special!
