Great coffee, great service, nice ambiance for meeting a friend. It's sometimes hard to get a place to sit as some people come with laptops to work, and the tables don't turn over quickly.

Went to drive thru waited several minutes and nobody took my order. Acton road location. I took my business elsewhere. I use to work and be a manager at a coffee shop. Pretty unacceptable.
