Customer service was great. They price matched for me with their online deal and I became a member. Puppy care can get expensive but I was happy with my purchases.

The young man working the checkout is kind of spaced out and makes mistakes with the change and ringing up items. That's a little unnerving. The other clerks don't seem to be very knowledgeable...

Really cool pet store. They carry almost everything you need for your animals. I like coming in here and seeing all the pets for sale from fish to mice to rats. You can also get your pet groomed here.
