We offer a true functional training program to impact your health, fitness or athletic aspirations. We train the body in 3 dimensions (front to back, side to side, rotational) because that is how it's designed. Our private training programs are designed for your objectives, goals and abilities. Our group training programs are designed for specific elements (strength, mobility, cardio, etc) but your ability is always met.
History
MOVE stands for Motion of Vitality Enhanced. That simply means improving and thriving in movement. That looks different for us all. Some want to move faster for athletics. Others are losing the ability to move in simple functions. Some have pain and injury limiting their movement. We all are hoping to stay healthy and or return to health and that requires movement! I started MOVE with the hope of creating better physical movement, as well as an internal movement of freedom and truth from the societal standards and false, misleading information. I
