Slowest Dunkin' in existence. Unfortunately this is the only location around. They need to get this place up to Dunkin standards. I am a big Dunkin fan but always avoid the Malbis location.

If you own this place - SELL IT IMMEDIATELY!!! The employees are in the nice terms incompetent! To elaborate on Sunday, November 19, 2023. Possibly 6 on-duty with the average age around 19??...

First visit here. Staff were friendly, helpful and patient with my ordering since I do not know their menu options well. Order came out quickly and correct.

The service was unprofessional. The donuts were all dough with minimal frosting. The selection was poor. I will never have Dunkin' again.
