They keep all of the napkins and utensils etc behind the counter now. You have to wait in line to ask a cashier for a napkin Seems weird. The food was the same good quality as always but...

I have never dealt with a chick fil a as bad as the one here in Alex city. 27 years military and lived many places. This is the rudest, unorganized one ever. They can not get an order correct...

It took a minute to get on the CFA standard but I have gradually seen them get better. I go about 3 times a week, during lunch, and you can tell they are figuring it out. Great effort from the staff!
